Where does this part go (CF Moto 150i E-charm)

I was working on my scooter (Remove Drive cover, clutch, variator, air cleaner, shocks) and I found this part on the ground. It looks like a hanger, but I'm not sure where it attaches and what it holds up. Can anyone help?

I don't think I've seen that before.. lol
Maybe a clip to hold up a vacuum hose, or maybe the EGR?.
