Ruckus clone - weird start up problems

My clone has been sitting in a climate controlled garage all winter and I put in a new battery as well. Turned it on and the turn signals are blinking all in sync. Never seen this happen before, anyone know what's up?:thanks:

Oh also it won't start. The electric start wont work and after a few tries just gives out

Check for mices chewing up wires
