So what do you guys think? If it ever does actually get produced, it's hard to believe the cost will only be $6800!

I am an Elio fan, especially if they can offer that trike at $6800.
Its front wheel drive, with all the drive train parts are in the front.

I watched Paul Elio's speech at their unveiling on May 6 2012.
I found him and his teams concept just facinating for this day and age.
I hope they can pull this off. I've not seen a car (I know it's not a car) in over a decade I would want, or consider buying.
This one I'll think about as I love the concept of it.
Hell my Honda 250 Big Ruckus in 06 was $5,000.00 + dollars in the showroom!!
Here they offer 2 people air/heat/warrenty/for $6800.00 and they will finance?
I know lots of folks that will at least consider this mode of transportation getting 84 highway miles and 49 city miles at that price.
They do have long way to go for the reality of it to meet the street.
I just feel these guys are not going to the wayside like so many others have.
Thanks for posting to the OP.
When it excited my wife as she looked at their website, I knew they had something.

Yea I'm actually pretty excited about it, I hope it becomes a reality. For the life of me I don't see how they can pull it off at a price of $6800.

I'm soooo tempted to put my deposit down, but am a little scared. lmao

If it does happen and I get one, first thing on the list is a turbo! :D

Sorry I missed it sooner inuyasha.
I pick up scrap metal where ever I find it along the roads, peoples old stoves, refrigerators, dryers, what have you.
I take that stuff apart to get the higher scrap prices for it.
I got a pretty nice sized barrel of wire scrap also.
Heck, you don't realize how quickly your household food cans add up to pounds of metal.
So now my goal will be to find enough scrap metal to pay for one.

Reservations are $150
I am so seriously thinking of reserving and getting one
I am physically challenged so it would be great for me
