Just picked up a Riva and have put a little work into it and will continue to do so such as clean and re-jet carb and replace gaskets, change oil etc. Currently not running but has good compression and electrical system is great. Has some body scuffs, but nothing that makes it real ugly. I already have a drag scooter project and I may have picked this up prematurely. Would $200 be a fair price. It has 13k miles but I know these things get much more. PM me and I'm sorry for no pics, but I can get a few together soon.
