Roketa/Jonway 250 Cold Start Issues

I have a Jonway/Roketa MC-54-250 with the CF Helix Motor I just broke 7500 miles on her.
In the mornings or anytime the engine is cold I have to sit there and rev my throttle till she warms up or she will stall out on me, this has never happened before.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this problem.

You might have already tried, but I had this problem with my Kymco 50 and a valve adjustment fixed this very same problem. Now it starts and idles below freezing.

I had the valves adjusted and now she is running fine.
