fill in for headlight

Have an old beater Qingqi 49cc and the headlamp works, with halogen bulb, but cannot be adjusted properly (due to previous wrecks) to focus beam to see road well. I'd like to get a fill in light to mount above my headlight to point down and light up the road but not get in car drivers eyes. Any thoughts on these:
