so i just picked up a honda ruckus motor gy6 50cc and i was wondering if i could put that ruckus motor into my 50cc tao tao frame,like would it be direct bolt on or would there be some modifications ? if anyone knows about this please help me out

If it is a gy6 most likely it will bolt in with minimum trouble, BUT depends on on long case or short case .. What Taotao frame are you trying to put it in?

And of course, carb, ignition , exhaust and all that sort of thing ...

Is this a real deal Honda Ruckus motor or is this a GY6 50cc? Those are two entirely different motors. One is liquid cooled and one is air cooled for starters. And no they're not compatible bolt on replacements for each other.

yes i have the real deal honda ruckus gy6..well if its not goin to work then i guess ill have to sell it unless i can find a ruckus frame.
