In Need of Help to Fix

Hello looking for help to fix my Moped.

my blinkers and flashers don't work but everything else does. Took it apart and found the part that's not working (also included in pic). It's the small clinder part with three wires coming from with the number 'FLP0807' on it.

any ideas where I could go to get this part???
any ideas of what kind of Moped is in the Pitcher (can't find modal number, year, brand) anywhere on it.
