I'm not nearly that cynical.

Though South Florida seems to be the only place in the US where the cops aren't d!cks concerning scoots!
In most places around here, they don't even bother to ask if you got a license, are riding a 66cc instead of a legal 49cc, etc... And I love it like this!

Instead of punishing 90% of honest and good people with hard and stupid laws, over here they generally don't bother, which makes everyone's life so much better!
