How do you guys mount your license plates to the chinese bracket? The holes are slightly off for mine. Just dremel?

I used one hole and slid it as far over as it would go to the outside then used the other nut and bolt to clamp the edge of the plate. It held for over 3000 miles till I sold it

My state don't use plates for scooters, we use stickers. So I custom fabricated one out of 1/8 in steel. Man it looks sharp

One bolt in the outside, the other one using one of the two bolt/screws that hold the license plate bracket in place on the rear fender.

That way it's off center, but it'll work.
Either use the green arrow holes/screws, or the red ones.

probably only cost an importer an extra .03 cents for a DOT bracket....

Thing is those holes probably fit all the rest of the worlds plates!

Yup, German plates fit exactly, I don't know about US. One can always use zip ties I guess.

The 50cc I use a decal sticker. On the 150cc (classified as a motorcyle) I was issued a license plate. One the holes match up with the plate but the other was too big. So I used a fender washer on the bigger hole. Still was able to use the license plate screw.

You mean you put a fake license plate on it?
Decal sticker meaning you sticker something on there, that looks like a tag?

Thank god we didn't-- use "Duck Tape".

Wouldn't look well with the scooter's fit and Fin--ish.

No, its an ORV decal that must be displayed on the back of a motor scooter, moped, ATV, off road motorcycle, and snowmobile. Since I have a license on file with the dmv, I did my registration online and was sent a title and ORV decal. Still have to have insurance for it though. I have both the 150cc and 50cc insured through Foremost.

The holes on my Linhai line up perfectly for a Pennsyvania Plate

The BMS 260 I had also fitted my Florida Tag.
The other chinese scoots don't.

Drill a hole or mount it off center (which is what I did), not a big deal.

Fender Washers were something that I was going to suggest. Even when the holes line up , I have ALWAYS used "Fender Washers " on license plates & I have never had a plate split or crack thru & I've been riding for MANY years! Irish:D
