i suck the vacuum line and the fuel line has good flow
readjusted the valves with feeler gauge at .004 and .005

i checked the intake manifold and there is fuel going into it
i sprayed starting fluid in the air intake but still wont start
battery is 12V 7A charge it with deltran tender jr
bought orange ignition coil, orange cdi and two spark plugs ngk c7hsa and cr7hix but still wont start

Could be something simple.. U never kno lol. I'd say if its gettin gas and its has spark, may it has air leak or something. Check compression

Do you have the original cdi and original coil? Try using those. It's possible that you might have an issue with the "performance" parts, it's been known to happen.

what causes the orange performance cdi/coil to not work properly?

i tried the original ignition coil but no luck

ill be buying a new black cdi since the original black cdi is dead(no spark)

The 'Performance Stuff' Can advance your timing too far. Causing a no start.

Had the same problem - everything looked fine, had spark, etc., but turned out to be the CDI. Good luck.

Yeah it was the orange performance cdi that wasn't working right.
I received the black cdi in the mail today installed it she fired right up:yay:
Now starts with just 1 kick instead of 3-5 kicks
