Hello all, this is my first thread and I hope I am not breaking any forum rules. I had been searching through these forums the past couple and and have decided to do some work to my scoot, Ihad read something posted by a man named blue about emissions and some way to remove the recirculation of the old gasses. I seen it, but i can not find it anymore. If someone can point me in the right direction, and then tell me what these things are in the pic. Then offer me some advice on what I should do to my scoot(I would love to modify it) Thank you guys and gals very much in advance.

rudy

ps. I know some car related mechanic stuff, but am pretty clue less when it comes to 2 wheels...

Removing vapor canister is up to you, it won't give any better performance, but will remove any leaks you had before, if you decide to take off you should put a fuel filter in the vacuum line and zip tie up on the frame to vent gas tank. (Do Not Plug Gas Tank) You can plug the side of air box going to the vapor canister,
the other hose going to front of the motor to the air box needs to stay on there.

thank you, i left the hose on like you said, but i did a wire tuck and put number one thru 4 in the underseat storage, this left me no room for my air hose and i tried to move it. ended up removing the airbox and i dont know how to redirect the vacuum hoses, once i throw a cone air filter off to the side by the cvt,I will post a pic tomorrow.

Why not leave them where they are? Your plastic will cover all of those, that's where there suppose to be, but post pic so we see what your trying to do.

ok update, I visited a motorcycle salvage yard and got a flexi hose off a similar model and was able to mount the air box, it boggs down around 40 instead of speeding up to the normal 50, i will post plenty pics now.

also even worse is the idle has gone way up to about 4k and it pulls at lights and i dont want to mess up the clutch

Here is pic of my scoot, the lines from my intake. left side of the Y tubing connector goes to another Y connector, one side goes to fuel pump, (you may have a petcock) the other side come back to mt ACV on carb, the the right side goes to my vapor canister, with one line to canister the other to mission stuff. Then the one hose come from gas tank to the canister. (you will see it mark on the canister, the picture)
