could be either with the motor code, that doesnt signify if its long or short. what size are your tires and belt but going by your picture in the profile short

50cc

I think 1P39QMB is a standard short-case 139QMB with EGR.

ok next question. with the monstergy6 fat tire kit, does it require you to have a long case? i heard you have to have the long case cuz the new rear tire is a 12" ??

Nope wont fit, i thought about doing it too, we have the same scoot. Our scoots won't even take a bigger tire at all.

That's a bummer, I think the wide tire looks snazzy... Might have to think about getting a ruckus...

Hi
I second that suggestion if its a 50 cc you be wanting a 2 stroke in the way to go imho
4 strokes are good once you hit the 150 cc size and up or if your into modifying and tuning a 4 t 50 for more performance to keep up with the road speeds of most traffic

I just picked a cheap 250 dollar 4 stroke but would never buy a new 4 stroke again, i would get a new 2t for sure.

2t's are nice, I have a 2008 50cc 2t adly noble and it blows my 4t out the water....completely stock too, would be crazy if I modded it lol

Oh yes I love my 2T with its angry wasp exhaust sound . I have dusted 3 50s unsure if they had a BBK and outran a 150 with the rider yelling out NOOOOOO.

10 inch wheels its shortcase , with 12 inch or bigger its a longcase
