tao toa custom handlebars?

Hey guys, weird new forum, anyways I've been looking of decking out my scoot come tax return. And I have been looking at a bunch of stuff monstergy6 has done and wow.... Beautiful!!! Anyways the last item for sale on the link below is what I'm acquiring about. Will that work on my tao tao VIP? I realize there's a lot of modding to be done but that's no biggie. And if that does /doesn't fit can u guys direct me too the right place? Maybe cheaper?

taotao has a custom link between handle bars, and the steering column (axis; for lack of a better words).

I suppose if you can do welding, you could weld a mount that would fit any handle bars... But they're not having too many aftermarket parts that fit, like handlebars, saddles or plastic plating.
You're pretty much stuck to what TaoTao has to offer.
